Do you want to feel amazing every day? For most of us this sounds like a laughable idea. We’re stressed out, pissed off, sick, tired, and barely surviving. The idea of achieving some blissful state and staying in it for more than a few seconds seems impossible.

If this is you, well, you’re somewhat right. There is no way to escape the negative aspects of life. We are always going to be dealing with demons and stressors. However, we don’t have to let them rule our lives. We can reduce stress and find satisfaction, self-expression, and excitement more and more consistently. A regular embodiment practice can help us reveal our shadows and find our bliss a little at a time.

In my obsessive quest for increased productivity and empowerment I have tried every crazy self-help and new age spiritual practice I could find. I’ve taken something from each one of them and put them together into my own daily practice.

I can’t say I’m in a perfectly blissed out state all of the time, but I do find that I generally don’t give a f*** what other people think and the problems of the world are either entertainment or a fun problem to try to solve. I spend most of my time focussed on my own health and the things that I can affect directly. I genuinely enjoy gardening, exercising, and cooking from scratch. I’ve let go of making these things prerequisites to “productivity” and now I just do them for fun. I know this wouldn’t be my life if I didn’t put in the work, so I want to help others go on that journey.

I’ve created a comprehensive embodiment practice that takes 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes before bed and can be done daily or a few times a week. I combined the moves that I found most beneficial from Yoga, Meditation, Circling, Continuum, Foundation Training, Knees Over Toes, Functional Range Conditioning, Trauma Release Exercise, Ecstatic Dance, The Work, and more.

I will teach you one bit at a time and then lead you through the entire practice several times. I can work around all sorts of movement limitations. Anyone can benefit from these practices!

This package includes 10 sessions. It is part physical and part discussion and journaling exercises. I will provide you with a journal and written exercises to do at home. You will also receive written instructions for the physical exercises and a link to my 20+ Spotify playlists!

Beginning Tribal Belly Dance

How would you like to have your own, private belly dance instructor? I can teach you the basic moves of tribal belly dance in just six one-hour classes!

Tribal belly dance is a set of simple steps made to be improvised to any kind of music with a 4/4 beat. In group settings dancers follow signals from a lead dancer who improvises the order of the steps. Knowing these moves will keep you dancing all night long!

This package includes 6 one-hour classes. You will learn the posture and building block movements of tribal belly dance, 11 moves for slow music, and 18 moves for fast music. I will also give you a list of the moves for future reference. There is no required equipment or attire. Feel free to wear fun dance clothing! I am happy to teach people of any gender and any age.
