Day 1 – I’m doing it!

Day 3 – Working It
Today I commit to the long haul, working through one issue at a time to improve my mental state. I also use music to get into the practice. Let me know if you like my playlist!
Day 4 – Tension and Release
Today I used tension to find release in all aspects of my practice. Procrastination turned into realization, frustration turned into relief, and clenching turned into shaking it out. There’s always another side of the coin!
Day 5 – Foundation Training for Self-Employed Procrastinators
Today my practice delivered a workout but didn’t help me get into flow. Am I just using it to distract myself? Am I a brilliant entrepreneur, or a self-indulgent procrastinating looser? You decide.
Day 6 – Laughter is the Best Medicine
Today I’m laughing at myself getting my own panties in a bunch. I actually relax and feel awesome, for awhile, but my anxiety comes back as soon as my perfectionism kicks in. Will it ever end?
Day 7 – The Art of Not Giving a F*ck
Today I finally let go of all my bullshit and got my practice to do what it’s meant to do, make me feel awesome! My family also joined the show. If you like mischievous cat videos, you’ll like this one.
Day 9 – Cook Till Done
Yesterday I relaxed a bit for Mother’s Day after working myself up about female genital mutilation and giving myself a good sunburn. Today I worked out some tension before torching my legs with TRE. I then proceeded to go home and destroy my kitchen cooking a Keto German chocolate cake. Am I playing with too much fire?
Day 10 – Gratitudes and Appreciations
Today I’m tired and stiff but feeling grateful. What do you feel grateful for, and why?
Day 12 – Reversing Pain
I’m back after two days of neck pain and exhaustion slowing my practice to a halt. I figured out how to reverse it with diet. Today I also talk about reversing and preventing knee injuries with Knees Over Toes and do a couple Reverse Nordics.
Day 13 – Moving Meditation
Today I tried to meditate more throughout my practice to see if it had more of an impact on the rest of my day. Spoler alert! It didn’t. Oh well. Watch if you want to hear me prattle on about what yoga moves I do and why.
Day 15 – The End and a New Beginning
Yesterday I got some big news. I’m going to start a gourmet mushroom farm! I didn’t think this was going to happen for a couple months, but it’s happening right now. That means I won’t have time to finish this experiment If you want a recap of what I learned check out the video below.
